22Bet is a sportsbook and casino with a Nigerian site, 22bet.ng, run by Arcadia Hospitality, a company on the Lagos regulator’s register. It lists more than 1,000 events a day, has apps for Android and iPhone and gives a 100% first-deposit bonus for sports. Two things need a careful read before you pay in: the bonus cap is quoted differently on different pages of the site, and the wagering has to be finished in seven days, on accas only.

Verdict

22Bet at a glance: a Lagos-licensed book for acca players

22Bet suits a punter who wants a Lagos-licensed naira sportsbook with a long list of markets and who already plays accas of three or more selections. It is a weaker fit if you bet singles, if a week is too short for you to turn a bonus over five times, or if you want the naira deposit minimum in writing before you register: 22Bet shows the minimum for each payment method in the Payments section of the account.

Best for

Acca players who want a Lagos-licensed naira sportsbook and can clear a bonus inside a week.

Think twice if

You bet mostly singles, or you would need longer than seven days to wager a bonus five times.

What we like

  • Listed on the Lagos regulator’s register under Arcadia Hospitality
  • Bonus wagering and withdrawal rules are published

Watch out for

  • Only seven days to wager the bonus, on accas
  • The bonus cap is quoted differently across the site
  • Naira deposit minimums are not on the public pages

How we rate betting sites

Bonus

22Bet welcome bonus: 100% on your first deposit, 5x in accas

22Bet’s first-deposit bonus terms give a 100% match on your first deposit for sports betting. The terms page puts the minimum deposit at about ₦1,400 and the maximum bonus at about ₦168,000 when it was read on 13 October 2026. Both are converted amounts, so they move a little with the exchange rate. The bonus is credited automatically after the deposit unless you have ticked ‘I do not want any bonuses’, and the required fields in My Account must be filled in first. There is a separate first-deposit bonus for the casino, and you get one of the two, not both.

The sports bonus must be wagered five times in accumulator bets. Each acca needs at least three selections, and at least three of them must have odds of 1.40 or higher. Wagering is done from the bonus balance and refunded bets do not count. You have seven days; when the time is up, the bonus and the winnings from it are removed.

After the wagering, what remains in the bonus account moves to your main account, up to the amount of the original bonus. Withdrawals are not available until the wagering requirement has been met, so decide about the bonus before you deposit. Bonuses are disabled for cryptocurrency accounts.

Bonus cap

₦150,000, ₦168,000 or ₦300,000? Reading 22Bet’s bonus figures

Look around 22bet.ng and the same welcome offer carries more than one number. The home page text speaks of a welcome offer up to ₦150,000, and a summary table on that page says ‘100% Bonus up to NGN 300,000 + Free Bets’. The bonus terms show a third figure, about ₦168,000 on 13 October 2026, written to the kobo and a little different at each reading.

The figure to rely on is the one in the bonus terms, since those are the rules 22Bet applies to the offer. Three places on the site give three caps, and the largest is twice the smallest, so read the terms page again on the day you deposit.

In practice the cap matters only for a large first deposit: ₦20,000 earns a ₦20,000 bonus whichever cap applies. If you plan to deposit more than ₦150,000 for the full match, ask 22Bet’s support to confirm the maximum first.

7-day deadline

Seven days, five times over: the 22Bet wagering sum

Seven days is a short window for 5x wagering. Take a ₦10,000 bonus: five times is ₦50,000 of qualifying stakes, a little over ₦7,000 a day for a week, all on accas of three or more selections with three legs at 1.40 or higher. A ₦50,000 bonus needs ₦250,000 through the bet slip in the same seven days.

Two details make the window tighter than it looks. A bet counts only when it is settled, so an acca whose last leg plays after the deadline does not help. And if the bonus balance falls below the minimum stake before the wagering is complete, the terms treat the bonus as lost.

A fair way to size it: work out what you would normally stake on accas in a week, and take a bonus no bigger than a fifth of that. The sums illustrate the published rule; they are not figures 22Bet quotes.

Deposits and withdrawals

22Bet payment methods and withdrawal rules in Nigeria

On its Nigerian home page 22Bet lists bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin and USDT ‘and other locally available methods’. A table on the same page gives the accepted cryptocurrencies as BTC, LTC and DOGE, and its FAQ names Skrill, Neteller and Paystack as e-wallets. OPay, PalmPay and USSD are not named on the public pages, and neither are the limits for each method. Open the deposit and the withdrawal lists before your first payment.

The deposit and withdrawal rules are specific. A withdrawal goes back through the method you deposited with. The standard limit is ₦600,000 a day, with no more than 15 withdrawals in a day. Deposits must come from an account, card or wallet in your own name, and you are expected to bet your deposits at odds of 1.10 or higher before cashing out.

On timing, 22Bet’s payments FAQ says e-wallet withdrawals are approved within 15 minutes, crypto can take up to 24 hours and cards up to seven business days. It gives no time for a bank transfer to a Nigerian account. If documents are requested, 22Bet says it aims to finish verification within 72 hours of receiving the last one.

Licence

Is 22Bet legal in Nigeria? Arcadia Hospitality and the Lagos licence

The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority register lists 22Bet under Arcadia Hospitality Limited for online sports betting and online casino, for a term from 23 May 2026 to 22 May 2027. The footer of 22bet.ng names the same company and quotes Lagos licence number LSLGA/OP/OSB/22B230524, together with Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board licence OYSGB/CASB/250114.

That is a state licence held by a Nigerian company. Betting is licensed state by state in Nigeria, so the Lagos entry does not by itself settle the position in every other state. The descriptive text on the home page quotes different licence numbers from the footer; the footer and the regulator’s own list are the ones to go by.

22Bet is also an international brand, so check that the address is 22bet.ng and that the footer names Arcadia Hospitality before you register. The contact page gives a Nigerian support line, +234 90 7026 3332, and support@22bet.ng.

Tax is part of the Lagos picture too. A public notice from September 2026 has licensed operators take 5% off the net winnings of residents before paying.

App and cash out

22Bet app download and Bet Slip Sale, its version of cash out

22Bet’s mobile page describes two app routes. Under ‘How to install PWA’ it adds a third: the site added to the home screen from the browser menu. On iPhone you search for 22Bet in the App Store; the page asks for iOS 13.0 or later. On Android the app is an APK from 22Bet’s own site: tap Download Android App, allow your browser to install unknown apps and open the file. It asks for Android 6.0 or later and 2 GB of free storage.

Take the APK only from 22bet.ng; a file passed around on WhatsApp or Telegram under the 22Bet name is how fake apps collect logins. 22Bet registration in the app asks for your name, nationality, type of identity document and phone number, then an SMS code to confirm the number.

Cash out on 22Bet is called Bet Slip Sale. It sits in My Bets, and it is the only way out of a bet once it is placed, because 22Bet does not cancel accepted bets. The promotion speaks of ‘the chance’ to sell a slip, so do not count on an offer for every bet.

FAQ

22Bet Nigeria: frequently asked questions

Is 22Bet legal in Nigeria?

22Bet is on the Lagos State regulator’s register under Arcadia Hospitality Limited, for a term from 23 May 2026 to 22 May 2027. That is a Lagos licence; betting is licensed state by state in Nigeria.

How much is the 22Bet welcome bonus in Nigeria?

100% of your first deposit for sports. The bonus terms put the maximum at about ₦168,000, while the home page text mentions ₦150,000, so go by the terms page on the day you deposit. It must be wagered five times on accas within seven days.

How long does a 22Bet withdrawal take?

22Bet’s FAQ says e-wallet withdrawals are approved within 15 minutes, crypto can take up to 24 hours and cards up to seven business days. No time is given for bank transfers. The standard limit is ₦600,000 a day.

What is the minimum deposit on 22Bet Nigeria?

Does 22Bet have cash out?

Yes. It is called Bet Slip Sale and is found in My Bets. 22Bet does not cancel accepted bets, so selling the slip is the only way to close a bet early.

How do I download the 22Bet app?

On iPhone, search for 22Bet in the App Store. On Android, download the APK from the mobile page of 22bet.ng and allow the installation in your phone’s settings.

The bottom line

Is 22Bet worth joining?

22Bet is a reasonable pick if you want a Lagos-licensed sportsbook with a long list of markets and you already bet accas. Read the cap on the terms page on the day you deposit, be honest about whether seven days is enough, and check your payment method in both directions before the first payment. Betting is for adults aged 18 and over; a stake can always be lost, so set a limit before you start.

18+. New customers only. T&Cs apply.

22Bet is an over-18s site. Seven days is a short window, so take the bonus only if your usual week of accas already covers the wagering. Responsible gambling
