Who runs BCBET.NG: Blockdance Africa and its licence
The BCBET.NG terms name Blockdance Africa Ltd, Nigerian company number 2005793, with an address at 22 Kumasi Street, Wuse 2, Abuja. This is the company your account is with. A BC.Game account opened on the international site is a different account under a different company.
On licensing, the site says two things. The footer refers to Ekiti State authorisations EKS/0032/26 for sports betting and online casino and EKS/0033/26 for lottery. The introduction to the terms cites a National Lottery Regulatory Commission permit issued in December 2023 and running to July 2028. Betting in Nigeria has been licensed state by state since the 2024 Supreme Court ruling, so a state licence covers that state.
If the licence matters to your decision, and it should, ask support for the current certificate and the regulator that issued it, and keep the reply.

It also carries simulated games, and this is where to slow down: the homepage highlights eSoccer fixtures marked ‘2x6 min’. Those are video-game matches of two six-minute halves between sides that carry real club names. They are not the Premier League.
Before you add a selection, read the competition name and the match length on the bet slip. For real football, remember that 1X2, draw no bet and a handicap on the same match settle differently. In basketball, check whether overtime counts, and in tennis, what happens if a player retires.
